School Vouchers

GUESTS: Jeanne Allen President, Center for Education Reform President Clinton is wrestling with Republicans over the use of school vouchers in the troubled District of Columbia system. Under the GOP plan, a number of low-income students would receive tuition to any private or parochial school that accepts them.
