British Prime Minister Tony Blair says he will leave office at the end of June. Blair made the announcement on Thursday after weeks of speculation. Former British Army Col. Tim Collins talks to Alex Cohen about Blair's legacy. Collins led troops into Iraq during the invasion in 2003, but he has since criticized British involvement in the war.
