The Great American Meat Out

Vegetarians, along with environmental and animal protection advocates, urge Americans to cut meat out of their diets for one day. Their view is that vegetarianism is a healthier lifestyle and also better for natural resources and animals. Melinda Penkava and a panel of certified dieticians talk about vegetarianism.
