In part two of his interview with Martin, guitarist John Williams has some provocative things to say about his former teacher, Andres Segovia. Segovia is widely revered as the musician who brought respectability to the classical guitar in the 20th century. But Williams thinks it''s time to paint a fuller picture of the Spanish master, one that reveals what Williams says are shortcomings in Segovia''s interpretive style and his musical preferences.
