NATO''s Next Move in Kosovo

NPR''s Tom Gjelten reports on NATO''s options for implementing peace in the Serbian province of Kosovo. NATO meets today and may threaten air strikes to make Yugoslavia comply with the peace plan. Experts say any peace agreement would be useless without a strong Western military presence in the area to enforce it.
