Email in the Workplace

NPR's David Molpus reports on how e-mail is transforming the workplace. Over one hundred million Americans now use e-mail as a convenient way to brainstorm with co-workers and schedule meetings, but the task of keeping up with the volume of messages makes the tool a "double-edged sword."
