NPR's Phillip Davis reports from Mexico City, where a small group of military officers has created a sensation by going public with criticisms of unfair treatment inside the army. An arrest warrant has been issued for the group's leader, who has left the country, and five others who tried to deliver a letter to President Zedillo have been jailed.
