Quil Lawrence reports from Bogota on the upcoming negotiations between the Colombian government and the leftist rebels known as the FARC. The sides will negotiate for the first time in 6 years. FARC leaders insisted on the demilitarization as a condition for taking part in the talks aimed at ending the country's long-running civil conflict, which has killed more than 35,000 people in the last decade alone.
