Improving Relations with Colombia

NPR''s Tom Gjelton reports on the improving relationship between the United States and Colombia. U.S. investigators discovered Colombia''s last president took at least six million dollars in campaign contributions from drug traffickers. U.S. officials say the new president, Andres Pastrana, is honest and the U.S. is eager to work with him.
