Rehnquist's Role in Clinton Impeachment Trial
Host Susan Stamberg talks to NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg about Chief Justice Rehnquist's role at the trial. At the Supreme Court Rehnquist is part office manager, part traffic cop, and full-time jurist. During the trial, court business will continue. For a while Rehnquist may find himself shuttling between the Senate and Supreme Court chambers.
