Small Bookstores Losing to the ''Net

NPR''s Elaine Korry reports from San Francisco that local independent booksellers survived the rise of chain superstores by catering to a loyal core of customers. The advent of online bookselling, however, has been the last straw for some small bookstores, which are closing due to declining sales.
