President''s Lawyers Conclude Opening Arguments

NPR''s Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports that as White House lawyers dissect the House Manager''s case in the presidential impeachment trial, partisan divisions in the Senate are being revealed. Today, President Clinton''s lawyers conclude their opening argument; meanwhile, some conservatives are calling for an end to proceedings against a popular president.
