Today''s Senate Votes

NPR''s Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on two initiatives - and decisions - facing senators today as impeachment proceedings continue. Senators must vote on Sen. Robert Byrd''s motion to dismiss charges against President Clinton, and also must decide whether witnesses may be called to testify. Yesterday, senators continued closed-door discussions.
