Iraq''s No-fly Zone

NPR''s Ted Clark reports that the U.S. has expanded the rules of engagement for pilots enforcing the two "no-fly" zones over Iraq. Pilots now may attack a wider range of targets when in danger from Iraqi forces. The new rules were put into effect several weeks ago but revealed only yesterday.
