Interest Rate Cut Possible

NPR's John Ydstie reports that the Federal Reserve Open Market Committee will decide today whether to reduce interest rates by another quarter-of-a- percent. The Fed has made two such cuts in the last two months. Today a third cut is considered likely but less than certain, because of the strong recovery the stock market has made.
