NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports that sources of international capital are considering ways to assure the flow of relief funds to central American countries hit hard by Hurricane Mitch. While the IMF and other international lenders are considering ways to ease the debt burden on Nicaragua and Honduras, some groups are calling for the cancellation of all foreign debts taken out by these countries.
