Juveniles In Justice System

Host Bob Edwards talks to William Schulz Director for Amnesty International-USA, about Amnesty's report on juveniles in the U.S. justice system. According to the report scheduled to release today over 100,000 children are placed in correctional facilities annually. Juvenile offenders face wide disparities in prosecution and sentencing based on race and class.
