Final Day Of Apec Summit

NPR's Julie McCarthy reports from Kuala Lumpur on the final day of the APEC summit. Leaders proposed an international Task Force to deal with the problem huge debt in the region that has left millions out of work. Strained by a political row between the U.S. and Malaysia, leaders also failed to reach accord on a trillion and half dollar trade deal to fast track nine key trade areas.
