Starr's Testimony

NPR's Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on the House Judiciary Committee impeachment proceedings which began yesterday. Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr concluded a grueling, 12-hour appearance before the committee. Starr insisted that the President committed impeachable offences with lies and deception in the Paula Jones case and later before the Grand Jury.
