NPR's Kathy Lohr reports from Atlanta, the setting for Tom Wolfe's new novel, "A Man in Full," which is number one on the New York Times Fiction Best Sellers list this week. The book is receiving mixed reviews in Atlanta. Residents are curious to find out how their city is portrayed, and some civic leaders are unhappy with the parts that are unflattering.
