N-P-R's Michael Goldfarb reports on the implications of today's House of Lords' ruling that rejects immunity for Gen. Augusto Pinochet from prosecu-tion on charges of torture and genocide. Pinochet must now stay in Britain to face an extradition request by a Spanish judge unless Home Secretary Jack Strawdecides to free him.
