Reacting To Economic Downturns

NPR's Snigdha Prakash reports on the surprising resilience of newly formed enterprises during economic downturns. The ability of such companies to react quickly to market changes and their ability to acquire venture capital from local sources give them flexibility that bigger firms don't necessarily have.
