History Of U.S. Space Program

Katie Bausler reports that America's space program had its roots in the Nazi era. During World War II, the Germans used slave labor at an underground factory in Dora, Germany to build rockets they launched against London. The technology later helped put the first American satellite in space and the first man on the moon.
