Tallying The Votes For Impeachment

NPR's Brian Naylor reports on efforts to swing the votes of some 30 undecided House members. Those votes will determine whether President Clinton is impeached when the full House votes on articles of impeachment next week. Leading the forces in favor of impeachment is Republican Congressman Tom DeLay of Texas, who is Majority Whip. Minority Leader Dick Gephardt is trying to convince Democrats to vote against impeachment.
