U.S.-South Korea

NPR's Julie McCarthy reports on U.S.-South Korea relations. After yearsof U.S. pressure on Seoul to soften its hard line against North Korea, thetables appear to have been turned. Now South Korea is telling Washington to back off its tough approach on the issue of nuclear inspections.
