Denying Visitation Rights to Wife Abusers

NPR's Wendy Kaufman reports from Seattle that advocates for battered women are urging judges not to grant child visitation rights to men who physically abused their wives. This request came after the murder of a woman and her young child, presumbably by her estranged husband.
