Progress In Middle East Negotiations

NPR's Ted Clark reports on the latest negotiations over the Middle East peace process at the Wye River Summit. President Clinton has flown to the eastern Maryland site three of the last four days to try to break the deadlock between the two sides. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and PLO leader Yasser Arafat have agreed on some points, and their working relationship has improved.
