Osce Group Arrives In Belgrade

NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports from Belgrade that an advance team for the 2,000-strong monitoring force from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe arrived in Pristina yesterday. The OSCE is responsible for verifying that Yugoslov President Slobodan Milosevic sticks to the promise he made to remove his troops from Kosovo.
