Un's Plan To Curtail Overfishing

NPR's Allison Aubrey reports that the United Nations hopes to curtail the overfishing that threatens to deplete stocks of ocean fish around the world. At a conference in Rome this week, the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization will try to place limits on the amount of fish that commercial fleets catch on the open seas.
