Yugoslavia's Withdrawal From Kosovo

NPR''s Tom Gjelten reports that NATO ambassadors will decide today whether Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic has complied with an agreement that requires withdrawal of Serb police and troops from the province of Kosovo. Observers say many police and army units have left their positions in Kosovo over the past few days. It still remains unclear whether that will be enough to meet NATO requirements.
