N-P-R's Eric Weiner reports that yesterday Israeli Prime Minister Benj-amin Netanyahu (net-an-YAH'-hoo ) delayed the Wye River agreement cabinet vote. According to Netanyahu the vote was postponed until he sees the Pales-tinian plans for keeping the security side of the deal.
