Quebec Election Race

James Murray reports Quebec Premier Lucien Bouchard has scheduled an election for November 30th. The outcome could determine whether the province will move towards another referendum on breaking away from Canada. Voters in Quebec have twice voted against secession. Bouchard favors separating from Canada, his opponent is from the pro-unity Liberal Party.
