Iraqi Airstrikes Stopped

NPR's Mara Liasson reports that President Clinton halted planned airstrikes on Iraq after Iraqi President Saddam Hussein agreed at the last minute to cooperate unconditionally with UN weapons inspectors. Inspectors return to Iraq Tuesday.
