What's Next For Starr

NPR's Chitra Ragavan reports on what's next for Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr now that he has submitted his report to Congress. Starr's report deals almost exclusively with President Clinton's clandestine sexual relationship with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky. It includes almost nothing on the allegations he originally was appointed to investigate: namely, the Whitewater land deal in Arkansas, when Bill Clinton was Governor.
