Campaign Finance Reform

NPR's Steven Rosenfeld reports that many of the campaign finance laws enacted in 1996 have been found unconstitutional, especially ones dealing with imposing limits on donations or banning corporate giving. Reformers say they are forcing states to review the laws, and some, dealing with soft money, are proving successful.
