Reactions To Broadcasted Testimony

NPR's legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on the reactions after the public broadcast of President Clinton's grand jury testimony. Congressional democrats had fought to keep it from being released to the public. But many are saying the president put in a good performance considering the circumstances.
