Germans Head For The Polls

NPR''s Edwards Lifson reports on this Sunday''s general elections in Germany. The Christian Democrat incumbent Helmut Kohl will face off against Social Democrat Gerhard Schroeder. The candidates are running two very differently styled campaigns and many are wondering which one will be more effective.
