Supreme Court Is Back In Session

NPR's Nina Totenberg reports on some of the most prominent cases that the Supreme Court will consider in its new term, which begins today. Justices will decide various issues from immigration to advertising. One of the most important cases involves the question of how the census is conducted and how seats in Congress are apportioned.
