Committee Votes For Impeachment Inquiry

The House Judiciary Committee approved a resolution to bring formal impeachment proceedings against President Clinton. Mr. Clinton is only the third president in American history to face removal from office by Congress. NPR's Legal Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports.
