Impeachment Inquiry Resolution Likely To Pass

NPR's Congressional Correspondent Brian Naylor reports that the House is all but certain to approve a Republican resolution today that requires an open ended impeachment inquiry of President Clinton. Many House Democrats are finding it difficult to decide whether to vote in favor of the Republican proposal. Two such Democrats are David Minge of Minnesota and James Moran of Virginia.
