Term Limits In Arkansas

NPR's David Molpus reports from Little Rock on how state legislative elections in Arkansas are being affected by term limits. Under a new amendment to the state constitution, almost half of the 100 members of the Arkansas house are not allowed to run for reelection this year. Nearly all of those 49 house members are Democrats. And that gives Republicans the best chance they've had in Arkansas since Reconstruction.
