NPR's Ted Clark reports on the new round of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, which begin today at the White House and then continue for several days at the Wye River Conference Center east of Washington. President Clinton will take part in today's discussions between Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Palestinian leader Arafat. He will also take part in some of the later discussions.
