Feds Cut Interest Rate, Again

NPR's John Ydstie reports that the Federal Reserve has cut interest rates for the second time in less than three weeks. Yesterday's announcement that the Fed was reducing the federal funds rate triggered a rally on Wall Street, which sent both stock and bond prices higher.
