Israeli-Palestinian Peace Summit

NPR's Ted Clark reports from the Wye River Conference Center east of Washington where Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Leader Yasser Arafat have begun a round of negotiations aimed at reviving the Mideast Peace Process. President Clinton met with the two leaders yesterday, as the U.S. mediated talks began. For nearly a year and a half, there's been no significant movement in negotiations between the Israelis and Palestinians.
