Clinton Admits To Relationship

NPR's Mara Liasson reports that President Clinton admitted to the American people and to Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's grand jury that he had an `inappropriate relationship' with former White House intern, Monica Lewinsky. The President said in his public address from the White House last night that he was wrong and regretted what he had done. He urged Independent Counsel Starr to conclude his investigation quickly, so the nation could get on with more important business.
