Welfare Reform In L.A. County

NPR's Ina Jaffe reports on the efforts of the two-year-old federal welfare reform law on Los Angeles County. More welfare recipients live in L.A. County than any other county in the country. A report scheduled to be released today is expected to indicate that the reforms are working.
