The installation, created with all sorts of discarded items from toys to painted car hoods. The display takes up several blocks of Heidelberg Street in Detroit's East side. Supporters say it is a tourist attraction which helps draw visitors from all over the world. Others say it's merely a pile of rubble which is impeding the area's re-development.
