Host Renee Montagne talks with NPR's Adam Hochberg about the latest on hurricane Bonnie. Yesterday more than half a million residents and tourists were evacuated from Carolina beaches and low-lying coastal areas. Emergency shelters were opened in North Carolina overnight. Bonnie is the first major storm of the hurricane season.
