Law School Dean Vs. Journalist

NPR's Wendy Kaufman reports on the lawsuit filed by the Washington University Law School Dean against columnist Nat Hentoff. Hentoff wrote that the Dean said the school rejected a qualified white applicant because of her race. The Dean says he never said that. Anti-affirmative action supporters want to use a portion of Hentoff's article in a ballot argument.
