Lewinsky Affair — NPR's Brian Naylor reports on the remarks that Democratic Senator Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut made on the Senate floor yesterday, which were highly critical of President Clinton's conduct in the Monica Lewinski matter. Senator Lieberman called the President's behavior immoral and harmful and said he should be rebuked; but the Connecticut Democrat stopped short of calling for a vote of censure, at least until Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr delivers his report to Congress.
